The frame (or serial) number is the unique physical identifier of your bike.

 

You can find the Bike ID/ Frame Number of A20F, A20+, A16, and XE on the head tube (the side under the headlights) of the bike.

 

 

You can find the Bike ID/ Frame Number of ADO Air 20 on your bike's bottom bracket.
